The first step is connecting to a Guide. This automatically comes up in an instant message window on the left side of the screen.

The Guide will begin showing you links to Web pages based on your search request. He or she will also type questions to you to help give you the most relevant search results

Once you've gotten what you need or ended the Guide session, please rate the Guide.
